SMALL CHANGE DONATION
On July 3, 2013, Longrich Loving-family Ophthalmology Charity Foundation officially initiated the Small Change Donation Program which was aimed at encouraging people to contribute for disadvantaged children suffering from strabismus and amblyopia, the donated money to be used for covering medicines expenses.
